We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing HR function and support leaders across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives as a trusted advisor, enjoys leading HR projects, and brings strong HR systems expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR advisory support, partnering with managers across the full employee lifecycle
\n
• HR project delivery - Lead organisational change, policy updates and process improvements
\n
• Maintain and optimise HRIS platforms
\n
• Manage payroll through external providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
\n
• Drive efficiency and best practice across HR processes
\n
• Support talent, succession and engagement initiatives
\n
• Handle complex ER cases with fairness and consistency
\n
• Deliver coaching on HR policies and systems
\n

The successful candidate will ideally have the following:

\n
• CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
\n
• Strong experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist
\n
• Solid HRIS knowledge
\n
• Confident leading HR projects and interpreting HR data
\n
• Excellent understanding of UK employment law and best practice
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
