Job Description
Reporting to the CFO, you will lead finance function, manage a transactional finance team, and play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls, and supporting strategic business decisions.

- Managing and developing a finance team of six \n
- Reviewing monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations \n
- Overseeing month-end processes and ensuring strong financial controls \n
- Managing payroll, VAT returns, PAYE and statutory reporting \n
- Authorising payments and monitoring cash flow \n
- Leading the annual audit and liaising with external auditors \n
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities \n
- Monitoring stock reconciliations and debt reviews \n
- Deputising for the CFO when required and supporting wider finance projects \n
Profile
\nA successful Finance Manager should have:
\n- \n
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or qualified by experience. \n
- Previous experience managing a finance team \n
- Strong management accounting and financial control experience \n
- Knowledge of payroll, VAT and statutory reporting \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills \n
- A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail \n
