Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, organised, and personable Office Administrator to join our client's well-established and highly respected business based near Colchester. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to administration.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:

- Process cancellation paperwork accurately and update internal systems \n
- Maintain an organised and up-to-date diary, ensuring schedules are well managed \n
- Prepare weekly job sheets within required deadlines \n
- Prepare and reprint rebooking forms as needed \n
- Record weekly gains and losses figures for reporting to the Managing Director \n
- Carry out general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management \n
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office \n
Skills & Experience Required:

- Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment. \n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively \n
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n
- A confident, professional, and friendly manner \n
- A proactive attitude and strong work ethic \n
- Good IT skills and confidence using internal systems and Microsoft Office applications. \n
