Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, organised, and personable Office Administrator to join our client's well-established and highly respected business based near Colchester. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process cancellation paperwork accurately and update internal systems
  • \n
  • Maintain an organised and up-to-date diary, ensuring schedules are well managed
  • \n
  • Prepare weekly job sheets within required deadlines
  • \n
  • Prepare and reprint rebooking forms as needed
  • \n
  • Record weekly gains and losses figures for reporting to the Managing Director
  • \n
  • Carry out general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management
  • \n
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • \n

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • A confident, professional, and friendly manner
  • \n
  • A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
  • \n
  • Good IT skills and confidence using internal systems and Microsoft Office applications.
