Looking for candidates with a background in client services, relationship management or investor relations within Wealth Management or Private Banking.
\nSENIOR ASSOCIATE- CLIENT SERVICES AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

\nHybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
\n\nA leading financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Associate in Client Services and Relationship Management to deliver exceptional service to its most complex clients.
\n\nWhat you'll do:
\n* Provide exceptional service to high-value and high-complexity clients by ensuring every interaction builds trust, confidence, and lasting relationships. * Respond promptly to inbound calls and secure messages from high-net-worth clients with clear, comprehensive guidance tailored to their unique needs. * Take end-to-end ownership of onboarding new affluent clients by proactively reaching out, setting expectations, and ensuring a seamless start to their journey. * Coordinate specialist support for high-risk transfers into the organisation by liaising with internal and external partners for smooth execution and outstanding communication. * Lead and deliver Managed Services booked meetings (Managed ISA & Pension), helping clients achieve strong financial outcomes through expert guidance. * Act as an escalation point for Managed Services queries while providing training and mentorship to the wider Client Services team. * Utilise client data and insights to help shape and evolve the service model where improvements are within control, contributing actively to continuous improvement initiatives. * Demonstrate keen interest in investment markets by leading huddles, training sessions, and knowledge-building activities that enhance team expertise. * Collaborate closely with a small, high-performing team that prioritises client needs in every aspect of service delivery. * Maintain deep expertise in funds, products, and services while understanding broader financial services landscape including legal, tax, and regulatory considerations.
\n\nWhat you bring:
\n* Proven experience working with HNW clients in Investments, Wealth Management, Private Banking or related field with strong exposure to pensions and investments is essential for success in this role. * A relevant Level 4 qualification such as Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, Investment Advice Diploma, IMC Level 1 & 2 or Level 4 Certificate in Investment Management is highly advantageous. * Exceptional client service skills enabling you to engage confidently with high-net-worth clients as well as senior stakeholders across the business. * An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience demonstrates your commitment to professional development. * Ability to respond empathetically to complex client needs while maintaining composure under pressure is vital for building trustful relationships. * Strong interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate effectively within a small team focused on delivering outstanding results for clients. * Deep understanding of investment markets coupled with willingness to share expertise through knowledge-building activities enhances team performance. * Experience acting as an escalation point for queries ensures you can provide guidance and mentorship when needed. * Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism, judgement, and client-focused decision-making sets you apart as a dependable team member. * Awareness of legal, tax, and regulatory considerations within the financial services sector supports effective client engagement.
