Finance Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Operations Manager to join a leading international financial services organisation. This role is ideal for a qualified accountant with a strong background in insurance finance operations.

You'll lead multiple Finance Operations teams, overseeing Treasury, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Credit Control, while driving operational excellence, process improvement and technology-led change. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering a modern Finance operating model through automation, data and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor Finance Operations managers and their teams.

• Oversee Treasury, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Credit Control functions.

• Drive process improvement, automation and operational efficiency across Finance.
\n
• Support finance transformation programmes and implementation of new systems and technologies.
\n
• Develop KPI reporting and performance dashboards.
\n
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and audit readiness.
\n
• Build strong relationships across Finance and wider business functions.

About You

• Qualified Accountant

• Proven Finance Operations leadership experience within the insurance sector.

• Strong background in finance transformation and continuous improvement.

• Experience leading teams through organisational change.
\n
• Exposure to automation, workflow or AI-enabled finance solutions is advantageous.
