Assembly Operatives

Location: Normanton

Pay: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour

Must Haves: A positive attitude and willingness to learn Good practical skills and attention to detail Experience using hand and power tools is beneficial Assembly or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential Basic electrical or LED wiring knowledge is desirable

Hours:Week 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pmWeek 2: Monday to Thursday, 11:00am – 7:30pm, Friday 7:00am – 3:30pmAlternating weekly shifts

• Assemble products to a high standard using hand and power tools

• Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
\n
• Assist with basic LED wiring and electrical assembly
\n
• Carry out quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
\n
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
\n
• Work closely with colleagues to meet production deadlines
\n

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
\n
• Basic electrical or LED wiring knowledge
\n
• Strong attention to detail
\n
• Reliable, flexible and a great team player
\n
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
