Job Description
REED Finance are exclusively recruiting a Personal Tax Accountant to join a Private Client Team working for a top 500 Legal Firm based in Bournemouth. The role is to replace a member of staff due to retire.

- Salary - £55,000 FTE DOE \n

DUTIES:
\n- \n
- Managing the tax affairs of individuals, trusts and estates, including preparing and submitting Self-Assessment tax returns, handling capital gains tax matters (particularly property-related), and supporting inheritance tax calculations. \n
- A key part of the role is liaising with clients, trustees, fee earners and HMRC to gather information, ensure accuracy, and meet strict deadlines. \n
- Providing strong client relationship management, detail orientated and client facing role. \n
EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE
\n- \n
- Experienced in and up to date knowledge of dealing with: Personal tax, Trust tax, Estate tax, Capital gains tax, Holdover relief \n
- Working knowledge of Inheritance Tax. \n
- Experienced communicator with clients, fee earners and HMRC. \n
- Highly IT literate, particularly in MS office and tax software. \n

- Highly self-motivated and able to work as part of a team or on a solo basis. \n
- Resilient and highly organised to work in a busy office environment. \n
- Excellent communications and inter-personal skills. \n
- Ability to work independently on your own initiative with minimum supervision. \n

- Strong attention to detail and effective time management. \n
