Operations Oversight Analyst

Be-Resourcing is excited to present an opportunity for an Operations Oversight Analyst based in Edinburgh. Offering a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits, this role sits within a busy Operations team responsible for overseeing key outsourced providers and ensuring investment operations activities are delivered effectively and in line with regulatory requirements.

The main responsibilities for this position include:

• Supporting trade lifecycle oversight across equities, bonds, FX and derivatives.
\n
• Performing fund accounting oversight and monitoring cash and stock reconciliations.
\n
• Producing fund flow, regulatory and governance reporting.
\n
• Monitoring and overseeing third-party service providers.
\n
• Investigating operational issues and supporting resolution activities.
\n
• Maintaining controls, procedures and process documentation.
\n
• Supporting operational improvement and change projects.
\n

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience within Investment Operations, Fund Operations or Fund Oversight.
\n
• Knowledge of fund accounting, reconciliations and operational controls.
\n
• Experience producing MI and operational reporting.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
\n
• IOC qualification desirable.
\n
