The role

As a Conveyancing Solicitor in Glasgow, you'll handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

\n
• Managing residential sales, purchases and transfers of title
\n
• Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process
\n
• Liaising with lenders, estate agents and third parties
\n
• Progressing transactions efficiently and proactively
\n
• Working closely with support staff to ensure a seamless client experience
\n
• Building and maintaining client relationships
\n

About you

This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:

\n
• Has a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
\n
• Is confident managing their own caseload independently
\n
• Has experience handling Scottish property transactions
\n
• Demonstrates excellent client care and communication skills
\n
• Has strong organisational and file management abilities
\n
• Is comfortable working with case management systems and Microsoft Office
\n
