Senior Accountant / Client Manager | Reading | up to £55,000We're looking for a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA professional to manage a portfolio of clients, oversee monthly management accounts, and provide technical accounting support for a global organisation based in Reading. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage client accounting deliverables and monthly management accounts
\n
• Supervise and support junior team members across global service centres
\n
• Review tax compliance work including VAT, Corporation Tax, P11Ds and PSAs
\n
• Oversee payment runs and year-end financial statements (UK GAAP & IFRS)
\n
• Build strong client relationships and identify business development opportunities
\n
• Support billing, debt management, and staff development
\n

About You\n

\n
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
\n
• Experience preparing management accounts
\n
• Multi-client experience or multiple deadlines desirable
\n
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
\n
• Excellent communication, organisational and client management skills
\n
• Proactive, team-oriented and able to manage competing priorities
\n
• Commercially minded with an interest in helping grow the business
\n
