Litigation Solicitor (Property & Commercial Disputes)
\nPQE: 2–8 years
\nLocation: Henley-on-Thames or Reading (Hybrid/Flexible working available)
\nSalary: £50,000 – £70,000 DOE + Benefits + Genuine Partnership Track

\nThe Opportunity
\nThe firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor/Dispute Resolution Solicitor (2–8 PQE) to join a growing and busy Litigation team.
\nThis is a key strategic hire, working closely with the Head of Department and other senior lawyers. The role offers a clear opportunity for progression, with genuine Partnership prospects for the right individual.
\nYou will take on a substantial, varied caseload with a high degree of autonomy, alongside appropriate support where required.
\nKey Areas of Work
\nYou will handle a broad mix of Property Litigation and Commercial Dispute Resolution, including:

- Property Litigation (Residential & Commercial) \n
- Landlord & Tenant disputes \n
- TOLATA claims (Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act) \n
- Possession claims, forfeiture, boundary and easement disputes \n

Commercial Litigation\n
- \n
- Contract disputes \n
- Consumer disputes \n
- Debt recovery and enforcement \n
\n - Exposure to Contentious Probate disputes (advantageous but not essential) \n
Candidate Requirements
\nWe are seeking a confident and capable Solicitor with:
\n- \n
- 2–8 years’ PQE in Litigation/Dispute Resolution \n
- Strong experience in property litigation and/or commercial disputes \n
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision \n
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and advisory skills \n
- Strong client relationship and communication skills \n
- A pragmatic, commercially minded approach to dispute resolution \n
Experience across both residential and commercial property disputes would be highly advantageous.
