\nDay-to-day of the role:

UK Cup Manufacturing & Quality Management:
\n- \n
- Monitor and improve UK CUP production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. \n
- Support manufacturing engineering activities such as process optimization, work balancing, and standardization. \n
- Investigate production and field quality issues to ensure effective containment and corrective actions. \n
- Lead root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. \n

WWL Technical Support:
\n- \n
- Provide technical support and guidance for Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics (WWL) related activities. \n
- Coordinate technical issue resolution during transport, handling, and delivery processes. \n
- Support damage inspection, root cause analysis, and countermeasure implementation. \n
- Ensure technical alignment between logistics operations and manufacturing requirements. \n

EUCUP Communication & Coordination:
\n- \n
- Act as a key interface between the European divisions for quality, engineering, and production topics. \n
- Share technical information, field issues, and improvement actions. \n
- Align change management, engineering updates, and standard processes across regions. \n
- Support reporting and follow-up of related KPIs and improvement initiatives. \n

Technical Troubleshooting:
\n- \n
- Identify and resolve manufacturing and quality issues in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. \n
- Provide on-site or remote engineering support for complex technical problems. \n
\n - \n
Data Analysis & Reporting:
\n- \n
- Collect, analyse, and report production and quality data. \n
- Track KPIs related to quality, cost, and delivery performance. \n
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. \n
\n - \n
Standardization & Process Improvement:
\n- \n
- Develop and update work instructions, assembly standards, and process documentation. \n
- Identify improvement opportunities in manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety. \n
- Support implementation of best practices across regions. \n

Required Skills & Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving. \n
- Strong background in manufacturing process and quality management. \n
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting; proficiency in Excel and SAP preferred. \n
- Understanding of logistics interfaces; WWL experience is a plus. \n
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Knowledge of FMEA and continuous improvement methodologies. \n
- Strong coordination skills across international teams. \n
