Job Title: Certified Counterbalance FLT Driver
\nJob Summary
\nWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Certified Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling, movement, loading, and unloading of goods within a warehouse or industrial environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently \n
- Load and unload goods from vehicles, racking, and storage areas \n
- Move products to the correct warehouse locations \n
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any faults or issues \n
- Ensure stock is handled carefully to avoid damage \n
- Maintain clean and organised working areas \n
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required \n
- Follow all health & safety policies and procedures \n
- Accurately complete relevant paperwork and/or system updates \n
Key Requirements
\n- \n
- Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent) \n
- Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting \n
- Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety practices \n
- Good level of physical fitness \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n
- Good attention to detail and reliability \n
- Flexibility with shifts where required \n
Desirable Skills
\n- \n
- Experience with other MHE (e.g. Reach Truck, PPT, LLOP) \n
- Basic IT or warehouse system experience \n
- Previous experience in a fast-paced logistics environment \n
Working Hours
\n6:45 - 17:30, Monday to Thursday on an ongoing basis
