About the Role

As a Corporate Paralegal, you will provide essential support to the corporate department, assisting with complex transactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with solicitors and partners on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, company formations, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review corporate documents including shareholder agreements, board resolutions, and Companies House filings
\n
• Assist with company incorporations, reorganisations, and transactional work
\n
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports for senior lawyers
\n
• Maintain accurate statutory records and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements
\n
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties to ensure smooth completion of matters
\n
• Manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
\n

Requirements

\n
• Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Corporate Paralegal or in a similar role
\n
• Strong understanding of corporate law, company secretarial duties, and compliance processes
\n
• Excellent drafting and organisational skills with attention to detail
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
\n
