Our client, a busy franchised dealer in Milton Keynes has the requirement for a Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

As a Service Advisor your responsibilities will include:

\n

\n
• Meet and Greet Customers.
\n
• Explain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicle.
\n
• Calling customers with progress updates and advise of any work needed.
\n
• Liaising with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting Team and Drivers.
\n
• Invoicing work carried out.
\n
• Invoice explanation and taking payment.
\n
• Quoting, introducing and selling of Service Plans.
\n
• Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times.
\n

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

\n

Essential Requirements:

\n

\n
• 12 months Motor Trade Service Advisor experience
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n

\n

Desirable Requirements:

\n

\n
• Franchised Dealership Experience
\n
• Kerridge or Pinnacle Expereince
\n

\n

• Monday to Friday 8:00-18:00, No Saturdays
