Job Role of the Maintenance Engineer\nA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a highly automated and modern manufacturing facility within a global organisation. This site has seen continued investment and offers a clean, structured environment with strong opportunities for training, development, and progression.
\nWorking as part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of specialist production equipment. With a strong focus on preventative maintenance (approx. 60%), this role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys improving reliability, reducing downtime, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
\nThe site operates large-scale, high-speed production lines within a COMAH-regulated environment, offering exposure to advanced machinery and processes.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer\n- \n
- Level 3 in Engineering or Above \n
- Previous UK experience as a Maintenance Engineer \n
- \n
- Multi-skilled engineer (electrical or mechanical bias) \n
- Strong fault-finding skills across electrical and/or mechanical systems \n
- Experience working with PLC fault finding, control panels, sensors, and drives \n
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics \n
- Experience using CMMS systems and working to maintenance schedules \n
- Engineering qualification (apprentice trained or equivalent Level 3) \n

- Experience within a COMAH or highly regulated environment \n
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement and OEE \n
- Experience working on high-speed or automated production lines \n
