FP&A Analyst
Job Description
Robert Half are supporting a private equity-backed technology SME in Yate, to recruit a Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst to join at an exciting stage of growth.
\nThis is a hands-on, build-from-scratch opportunity: ideal for someone who wants early ownership and visible impact, not a polished, process-driven finance function.

- £40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits \n
The Role:
\n- \n
- Full ownership of transactional finance through to P&L, including invoicing, reconciliations, and journals \n
- Standard costing, variance analysis, and overhead allocation across projects \n
- Inventory, stock, and BOM (Bill of Materials) management \n
- WIP and stock valuation, including physical vs. system stock audits \n
- Management reporting and ad hoc analysis for senior leadership \n
- Balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset accounting \n
What We're Looking For:
\n- \n
- ACCA/CIMA finalist, newly qualified or QBE \n
- Manufacturing or engineering background strongly preferred (BOMs, stock, project costing) \n
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, process-light environment: someone who builds structure rather than waits for it \n
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills \n
- Confident communicating financial data to non-finance colleagues \n
- Experience with Xero and Microsoft Office 365 advantageous \n
