Fire Door Fitter

We are looking for an experienced Fire Door Fitter to carry out fire door installations across occupied and unoccupied domestic properties throughout Southwark and Croydon . The role * Installing fire doors and complete fire door sets * Completing upgrades and remedial works * Fitting frames, hinges, locks, closers, handles, seals and ironmongery * Ensuring all installations meet current fire safety regulations * Working neatly and respectfully within domestic properties * Completing work to a consistently high standard Requirements * Proven experience fitting fire doors within domestic properties * Recent experience on social housing, MOD accommodation or similar contracts is desirable * Own van and full UK driving licence * Strong understanding of fire door compliance and installation standards * Relevant carpentry or fire-door qualification preferred * References covering previous fire-door work * Own battery-powered tools, including: * Drill driver and impact driver * SDS drill * Second-fix pin gun * Router and planer * Track saw * Mitre saw * 6ft and 2ft levels * Mastic gun What’s provided * All materials supplied * Congestion charges covered * Parking permits provided * Ongoing work available * Consistent workload across domestic properties ITS Property Maintenance are acting as an employment business for this vacancy
