Your typical day will involve:
\n- \n
- Conducting BREEAM assessments and liaising with project teams to ensure compliance with sustainability standards. \n
- Preparing detailed sustainability reports and strategies for clients. \n
- Attending project meetings to provide expert advice on sustainable building design. \n
- Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines to deliver integrated consultancy services. \n
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and contributing to the development of innovative sustainability solutions. \n
As a Sustainability Consultant, you will:

- Deliver BREEAM assessments from design stages through to certification. \n
- Act as a BREEAM Assessor and/or Accredited Professional (AP) where applicable. \n
- Provide expert sustainability advice to clients and project teams. \n
- Develop technical reports and sustainability strategies tailored to project needs. \n
- Collaborate with colleagues across carbon and energy disciplines to deliver integrated solutions. \n
- Support the ongoing development and expansion of sustainability consultancy services. \n
The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience in delivering BREEAM assessments. \n
- A BREEAM Assessor qualification (essential). \n
- A BREEAM AP qualification (desirable). \n
- A background in building services, sustainability, or environmental consultancy. \n
- Strong communication and report-writing skills. \n
- A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery. \n
Additional experience or knowledge in carbon reporting, energy modelling, EPCs, or low-carbon consultancy would be highly advantageous.
\nThis role is ideally suited to candidates already based within commuting distance of Bristol, as an immediate start is preferred to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
