Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their friendly and supportive team.

The Role

As a Private Client Fee Earner, you will manage your own caseload while providing high-quality advice across a broad range of private client matters. You will play a key role in maintaining excellent client relationships and contributing to the ongoing success of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including:\n
  \n
  • Wills
  \n
  • Probate and estate administration
  \n
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  \n
  • Trusts and estate planning
  \n
\n
• Providing clear, practical, and empathetic legal advice
\n
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
\n
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
\n
• Supporting the wider team and contributing to business development where appropriate
\n

About You

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused individual who can work independently while also being a team player.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience handling private client matters
\n
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
\n

Desirable

\n
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or experienced Fee Earner
\n
• STEP membership or working towards this (advantageous but not essential)
\n
• Experience working within a regional or high-street legal setting
\n
