Bookeeper - Full Time

• Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions.
\n
• Completing daily bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
\n
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
\n
• Chasing outstanding payments and carrying out credit control activities.
\n
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data integrity.
\n
• Assisting with month-end processes, including journals and reconciliations.
\n
• Preparing financial information for external accountants.
\n
• Processing employee expenses and other financial transactions.
\n
• Supporting cash flow monitoring and reporting.
\n
• Assisting with VAT returns where required.
\n
• Providing general bookkeeping and finance administration support.
\n

About You\n

\n
• Previous experience in a Bookkeeper or similar finance position.
\n
• Strong working knowledge of Xero is essential.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to your work.
\n
• Able to manage your workload independently while meeting deadlines.
\n
• Confident communicator with the ability to build positive working relationships.
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with finance systems.
\n
• A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider finance team.
\n
