This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to broaden their finance knowledge while studying towards a professional qualification. You'll join a friendly and experienced finance team who are passionate about developing talent and providing ongoing support and mentorship.Key Responsibilities\n

• Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
\n
• Managing banking transactions and payment runs
\n
• Preparing and issuing sales invoices
\n
• Processing employee expenses
\n
• Reconciling supplier statements
\n
• Liaising with suppliers regarding account queries and payments
\n
• Supporting the Finance Manager with month-end activities
\n
• Assisting with financial reporting and ad-hoc finance tasks
\n
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
\n
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
\n

About You\n

\n
• Previous experience within a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger or similar finance role
\n
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
\n
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
\n
• Proactive approach with a willingness to learn
\n
• Comfortable working with finance systems and Microsoft Excel
\n
• Studying AAT, ACCA or CIMA
\n
