Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer – Bristol

A well-established, community-focused firm in Clifton is expanding its residential conveyancing team. This firm is keen to speak with a Solicitor, CILEx Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 2–5 years’ experience handling a varied caseload.

The Position

\n
• Run your own residential property files from instruction through to completion
\n
• Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n
• Handle re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release and right to buy matters
\n
• Work closely with a dedicated conveyancing assistant
\n

About You

\n
• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
\n
• 2–5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
\n
• Confident managing a full caseload independently
\n
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
\n
