We're Hiring: Bookings Administrator

Location: Bishop's Stortford (Head Office)

Monday - Friday

Basic £25,000

Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Bookings Administrator to join our friendly and growing team at our Head Office in Bishop's Stortford.

This is a key position within the business, playing an important role in ensuring our daily operations run efficiently while delivering an excellent experience for our customers from booking through to job completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing incoming client enquiries and booking jobs
\n
• Scheduling and coordinating technician diaries
\n
• Ordering glass, parts, and materials required for jobs
\n
• Keeping clients updated on any changes to appointments or job progress
\n
• Liaising with technicians and suppliers to ensure efficient job completion
\n
• Maintaining accurate records and administration systems
\n

What We're Looking For

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
\n
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
\n
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Good attention to detail
\n
• Previous administration, scheduling, or customer service experience is preferred (service advisor experience welcomed)
\n
