Role: Accounts Senior

Location: Preston

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Work Pattern: Hybrid available after probabtion period

Our client, a leading Top 40 Firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Senior to its existing team

Duties for the Accounts Senior:

• prepare statements for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
\n
• assist managers with client audit function
\n
• resolve client queries
\n
• produce draft computations
\n
• produce year end accounts
\n
• review work undertaken by junior members of staff
\n
• prepare schedules for tax returns
\n
• complete VAT returns
\n

Experience for the Accounts Senior:

\n
• ACCA qualified or studying towards
\n
• solid Accountancy Firm experience
\n
• experience of Xero
\n
• well organised
\n
• strong analytical skills
\n
• organised and proactive
\n
