They are seeking a skilled and ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer to enhance our property team. \nDay-to-day of the role:

- Handle the sale and purchase of commercial properties. \n
- Manage leases, renewals, searches, and enquiries. \n
- Prepare detailed reports on property transactions. \n
- Conduct exchanges and completions efficiently. \n
- Work closely with a property assistant who will support with administrative tasks such as file opening, preparing client care letters, and client liaison. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property work. \n
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a significant workload. \n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members at all levels. \n
- Strong organisational and IT skills. \n
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. \n
