Lending Property Paralegal – Guildford
\n£25,000 - £27,000 DOE per annum
\nOur client is seeking an ambitious Lending Property Paralegal to join their growing and highly regarded property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced fee earners, gain exposure to a varied caseload of secured lending matters, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the lending transaction process.
\nAs a Lending Property Paralegal, you will provide vital support to fee earners across a broad range of property finance and secured lending matters, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Assisting with a varied caseload of secured lending and property finance transactions, including: \n
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence. \n
- Opening and managing client files. \n
- Conducting searches and reviewing title documentation. \n
- Preparing Certificates of Title and security documentation. \n
- Liaising with borrowers, lenders, brokers, solicitors and other third parties. \n
- Assisting with completions and post-completion matters, including registrations and lender requirements. \n
- Ensuring compliance with lender instructions, regulatory obligations and firm procedures. \n
- Maintaining accurate records and case management systems. \n
Experience and Skills Requirements
\n- \n
- Previous experience within a Property Finance, Lending Property or Conveyancing team. \n
- Understanding of secured lending transactions and the property conveyancing process. \n
- Strong administrative and organisational skills. \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. \n
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. \n
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems. \n

\nExpected Days and Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
\nStart Date: ASAP
\nExpected Notice Period: 1 month (once probation is complete)
\nPay Increments: 1 month in arrears
