Conveyancing Paralegal

A well-established high-street law firm in Swindon is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal to support a busy and growing Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal or a law graduate with conveyancing experience looking to progress long term within private practice.

The RoleYou will be supporting fee earners on a varied residential conveyancing caseload, handling files from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Assisting with residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold matters
\n
• Drafting contracts and supporting documentation
\n
• Managing files from instruction to post-completion
\n
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
\n
• Submitting searches and reviewing search results
\n
• Land Registry applications and post-completion work
\n

The Ideal Candidate

\n
• Previous experience in residential conveyancing as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
\n
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
\n
• Excellent client care and communication skills
\n
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
\n
• Law graduates with relevant conveyancing experience will be considered
\n
