Key responsibilities will include: This is a varied and hands-on position where you’ll play an important role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy and delivery of key financial information across the business.\n

• Producing weekly and periodic management accounts in line with reporting deadlines
\n
• Completing detailed sales, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
\n
• Delivering insightful variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year
\n
• Producing KPI reporting packs and meaningful financial commentary
\n
• Supporting VAT and CIS returns
\n
• Assisting with year-end statutory and consolidated accounts preparation
\n
• Preparing audit schedules and liaising with external auditors
\n
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, controls and internal procedures
\n
• Supporting wider finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives
\n

About You: We are looking for an ambitious and driven qualified accountant who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You will ideally have:\n

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification
\n
• Previous Strong technical accounting experience within industry and/or practice
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
\n
• A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
\n
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships across the business
\n
• The ability to work independently whilst also contributing positively within a team
\n
