- Conduct vehicle services and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards \n
- Follow dealership and brand processes to ensure consistent quality \n
- Liaise directly with customers when required to explain repairs and service work \n
- Support and mentor less experienced colleagues within the workshop \n
- Attend regular training sessions to maintain and update technical skills as a Vehicle Technician \n
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards \n

- Relevant Level 3 NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds, BTEC, or equivalent qualification \n
- Prior workshop experience within a franchise dealership is essential \n
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team \n
- Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude \n
- Good organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines \n
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement in technical knowledge \n
