This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career handling a broad range of Property & Financial Affairs Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust matters, working alongside experienced Solicitors and Deputies.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Managing your own caseload of deputyship matters

  • Supporting vulnerable clients and their families

  • Working with case managers, healthcare professionals and financial advisers

What experience is required:

  • Qualified Solicitor at NQ level to 3 PQE
    • \n
  • A genuine interest in developing a career within Court of Protection
    • \n
