- Lead, supervise and support a team, providing regular supervision, coaching and performance management. \n
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of homelessness and supported housing services, ensuring high standards of support. \n
- Monitor service performance against KPIs, contractual requirements and quality standards. \n
- Promote a person-centred, trauma-informed approach that empowers individuals to achieve positive outcomes. \n
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with commissioners, local authorities and external agencies. \n
- Manage service budgets, operational compliance and reporting requirements. \n
- Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are upheld and risk is effectively managed. \n
- Identify opportunities for service development and continuous improvement. \n
- Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota to provide management support when required. \n
- \n
- Previous management experience within homelessness, housing, supported housing, social care or a similar support service. \n
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and support staff. \n
- Experience managing operational performance, budgets and contractual targets. \n
- Sound understanding of safeguarding, risk management and trauma-informed practice. \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. \n
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business travel. \n
- Flexible to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota. \n
- \n
