\nAre you an experienced Electrician with a solid background in Electrical Installation?

\nIn this role, you will support apprentices working towards Electrical Installation qualifications. Your initial focus will be on practical, workshop-based training, helping learners build confidence and develop core installation skills. As you progress, you will gradually become involved in classroom-based theory delivery, with full teaching qualifications and support provided throughout.
\nThe successful candidate will be a qualified Electrician with strong installation experience. You will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent, and ideally have, or be willing to work towards, the 2391 qualification. Previous teaching experience is not required, but a genuine interest in mentoring and developing others is essential.

\nFull training programme and continuous professional development available
\nSupport apprentices across various stages of their Electrical Installation training
\nDeliver hands-on practical sessions and assist with classroom-based learning
\n37-hour week with around 25 hours dedicated to teaching
\nMonday to Friday role with hybrid working options
\nWork within a supportive team using modern training facilities
\n\nThe Person:
\nQualified Electrician with proven Electrical Installation experience
\nNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
\nIdeally holds or is open to gaining the 2391 qualification
\nInterested in moving into a teaching or training career
\nEnthusiastic about supporting and developing learners
\nSeeking a long-term role with progression and development opportunities
