Junior Data / BDX Technician

A specialist insurance organisation is seeking a Junior Data Technician / BDX Technician to join its operations team.

This role supports the processing, validation, and reporting of underwriting and claims data, with a strong focus on bordereaux management and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate bordereaux data from brokers and partners
\n
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies
\n
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems
\n
• Support reporting, MI production, and month-end activities
\n
• Assist with data cleansing and process improvements
\n

Requirements

\n
• 12–18 months’ experience in data, insurance operations, or bordereaux
\n
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
\n
• Ability to work with large datasets
\n
• Organised, analytical, and proactive
\n

Experience in an MGA, Lloyd’s, or delegated authority environment is advantageous.
