The Opportunity A well-established specialist property law firm based in Central London is seeking a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 3–4 years' post-qualification experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to become part of a highly regarded practice that focuses exclusively on property matters. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of high-quality residential property transactions while working alongside experienced property specialists in a collaborative and supportive environment.The Role You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:\n

- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases \n
- Re-mortgages \n
- Transfers of equity \n
- New build transactions \n
- Shared ownership matters \n
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement (desirable but not essential) \n
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors \n
- Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction \n

- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years pqe \n
- Strong experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters independently \n
- Excellent technical knowledge of residential property law \n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail \n
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills \n
- A proactive, commercial and solution-focused approach \n
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high levels of client service \n
