The Opportunity A well-established specialist property law firm based in Central London is seeking a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 3–4 years' post-qualification experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to become part of a highly regarded practice that focuses exclusively on property matters. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of high-quality residential property transactions while working alongside experienced property specialists in a collaborative and supportive environment.The Role You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:\n
    \n
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • \n
  • Re-mortgages
  • \n
  • Transfers of equity
  • \n
  • New build transactions
  • \n
  • Shared ownership matters
  • \n
  • Lease extensions and enfranchisement (desirable but not essential)
  • \n
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors
  • \n
  • Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction
  • \n
Candidate Profile The successful applicant will have:\n

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years pqe
  • \n
  • Strong experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters independently
  • \n
  • Excellent technical knowledge of residential property law
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • \n
  • A proactive, commercial and solution-focused approach
  • \n
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high levels of client service
  • \n
