Airport Warehouse Operatives

Complete Workforce Solutions is building a dedicated workforce pool for a planned seasonal warehouse operation based near Stansted Airport.

The anticipated requirement will run from approximately October 2026 until January 2027 and may involve large teams working across both day and night shifts.

• Day shift: 7:00am–7:00pm
\n
• Night shift: 7:00pm–7:00am
\n
• Four days on, four days off
\n

Applicants may express a preference for days, nights or either shift.

• Receiving and sorting parcels
\n
• Scanning goods and consignments
\n
• Loading and unloading vehicles
\n
• Preparing goods for dispatch
\n
• Moving items safely within the warehouse
\n
• Checking labels and reporting damaged items
\n
• Working towards productivity and accuracy targets
\n
• Following warehouse and security procedures
\n
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
\n
• Completing basic operational paperwork
\n

\n
• Previous warehouse, parcel, logistics or distribution experience
\n
• The ability to work 12-hour shifts
\n
• Good attendance and timekeeping
\n
• The physical capability to complete warehouse duties
\n
• Reliable transport to the Stansted area
\n
• The unrestricted right to work in the UK
\n
• The ability to complete any required background checks
\n

Due to the shift times, applicants should consider how they will travel to and from the site before applying.
