\n\nAbout the Role:
\nAs an Accounts Semi-Senior, you will support the accounts team in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts for a portfolio of clients.

\n\nKey Responsibilities:

- Represent Xeinadin to clients, ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed with a focus on excellence, innovation, and future-oriented solutions. \n
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, providing them with professional advice and maintaining high standards of customer service. \n
- Ensure that all accounts work is completed to the highest standard, meeting deadlines and adhering to technical and regulatory standards. \n
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure client deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets. \n
- Contribute to team activities and improvements in workflows to enhance business and client service standards. \n
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development to maintain and update technical knowledge and comply with CPD requirements. \n
- Preparation of year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. \n
- Assisting with the preparation of corporation tax and VAT returns. \n
- Prepare financial accounts for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. \n
- Handle personal and corporation tax computations as part of the account’s preparation process. \n
- Assist in planning and executing audit engagements, including fieldwork and supporting senior team members in managing audits from start to finish. \n
- Support junior team members, offering guidance and training to help them develop their skills and progress in their roles. \n
Key Requirements:
\n- \n
- Part AAT/ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent (or actively working towards qualification). \n
- Previous experience within an accountancy practice. \n
Additional Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. \n
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. \n
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and accuracy. \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \n
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver professional, high-quality service. \n
- A dependable, self-motivated team player, able to manage tasks with minimal supervision. \n
- Demonstrates high levels of confidentiality and adheres to professional ethical standards. \n
