Corporate Insolvency Practitioner – Part-Time (2 Days Per Week)

\nImperium Financial Recruitment are working with a well-established and highly regarded firm of Insolvency Specialists based in Manchester who are seeking an experienced Corporate Insolvency Practitioner to join their team on a part-time basis (2 days per week).
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Insolvency Practitioner looking to supplement their existing caseload, work alongside an experienced appointment-taking IP, and support the continued growth of a successful and busy practice.
The Role\nYou will work closely with the existing Insolvency Practitioner, taking formal appointments and overseeing a varied corporate insolvency portfolio. The position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Taking corporate insolvency appointments including Administrations, CVLs, and MVLs \n
- Managing and overseeing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure \n
- Providing technical and strategic input on complex cases \n
- Maintaining strong relationships with introducers, solicitors, lenders, and key stakeholders \n
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff where appropriate \n
- Ensuring all cases comply with regulatory and statutory requirements \n

- Licensed UK Insolvency Practitioner \n
- Proven experience managing corporate insolvency caseloads \n
- Strong technical knowledge and compliance awareness \n
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an established team \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills \n
- Strong commercial awareness and professional credibility \n
