HR and Payroll Executive
\nOur client is looking for a Human Resources and Payroll Executive to join their new and modern Birmingham City Centre office.
\nThis would be office-based, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours a week, permanent and offering a salary between £30-35k dependant on experience and has excellent benefits including free parking!
\nKey Responsibilities
\nOur client is looking for an organised and proactive HR professional to support the full employee lifecycle while ensuring efficient HR operations across the UK business. This would be around 60% on the HR administration and 40% on payroll.

- Coordinate monthly payroll for approximately 80-100 employees, working with the external payroll provider and managing payroll-related documentation. \n
- Maintain accurate HR records on Workday, process employee changes, and produce HR reports for UK and European stakeholders. \n
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, onboarding, and inductions. \n
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including absence management, probation, maternity, offboarding, training, and employee relations. \n
- Ensure HR processes remain compliant, support audits and policy updates, contribute to HR projects, and act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries. \n
Experience
\nPrevious experience in a HR administration, payroll or combined role is essential for this role, preferably from professional service, corporate or pretty background.
