Our client, a growing Aerospace & Defence manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join their expanding team. • Managing and maintaining production plans and schedules in line with customer demand
\n
• Leading daily meetings to communicate priorities, risks and progress
\n
• Line managing a small team of production technicians
\n
• Coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Procurement and Project Management teams
\n
• Monitoring workflow and adjusting schedules to address disruptions or changing priorities
\n
• Identifying risks to delivery and implementing corrective actions, including NCR processing
\n

• Previous experience in Production Planning, Control or Supervisory position
\n
• Experience supervising or leading small teams
\n
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
\n
• Proven problem-solving ability in fast-paced, regulated environments
