Private Clients Account ExecutiveLocation: London/Essex (Hybrid)Salary: Circa £60,000 + BenefitsMy client is looking for a Private Clients Account Executive to join their established and highly respected team in London.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Executive with a background in the High Net Worth (HNW) or Private Clients market to inherit and develop a quality portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth individuals. You'll be joining a business that places genuine emphasis on client relationships, technical expertise, and long-term career development.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio while identifying opportunities to generate new business through referrals, networking, and introducer relationships. You'll work closely with insurers and internal specialists to deliver bespoke insurance solutions across a range of personal risks.The Role\n

• Manage and develop a portfolio of High Net Worth and Private Client accounts.
\n
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, delivering an exceptional level of service.
\n
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and grow existing accounts.
\n
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and professional introducers.
\n
• Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive terms and tailored coverage.
\n
• Conduct client meetings both in person and virtually.
\n
• Work collaboratively with Account Handlers and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
\n
• Stay up to date with market trends and insurer appetite.
\n

About You\n

• Previous experience as an Account Executive within the Private Clients or High Net Worth insurance sector.
\n
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
\n
• Proven ability to retain and develop a portfolio of business.
\n
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to winning new clients.
\n
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
\n
• Knowledge of the UK HNW insurance market and insurer landscape.
\n
• Cert CII qualified or working towards professional qualifications would be advantageous.
\n
