We are looking for an experienced Transport Team Leader to oversee daily transport operations and lead a team of drivers within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic conditions, has strong leadership capabilities, and is committed to ensuring smooth and compliant transport execution.Job Duties;\n

\n
• Lead daily transport operations and oversee drivers during assigned shifts.
\n
• Liaise with planners, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
\n
• Monitor deliveries ensuring schedules are adhered to.
\n
• Support shunting operations and delivery station activities.
\n
• Ensure compliance with H&S and transport regulations.
\n
• Monitor vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems
\n
• Complete end of the shift debriefs and handovers
\n

Experience needed;\n

\n
• Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment.
\n
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
\n
• Able to work under pressure and manage operational challenges in real time.
\n
• Knowledge or experience with DVSA compliance regulations
\n
