Job Description
Morgan McKinley are looking for a proactive and organised Credit Controller to join a well-established manufacturing brand in Yate. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced credit professional to play a key role in managing customer accounts, maintaining healthy cash flow, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring outstanding debts are collected in a timely manner. \n
- Chase overdue payments via phone, email and written correspondence. \n
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment queries efficiently. \n
- Allocate incoming payments and maintain accurate customer records. \n
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes and minimise aged debt. \n
- Produce regular aged debtor reports and escalate high-risk accounts where necessary. \n
- Support month-end activities and contribute to continuous process improvements within the credit function. \n
About You
\n- \n
- Previous experience in a Credit Controller or Accounts Receivable position. \n
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident telephone manner. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. \n
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively to deadlines. \n
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems. \n
- A positive, team-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. \n
