Vehicle Damage Assessor

We are currently recruiting for the role of Vehicle Damage Assessor on behalf of our client, a well-established independent bodyshop located in Basingstoke. Duties of a Vehicle Damage Assessor:\n

\n
• Assessing vehicle damage accurately to determine repair needs
\n
• Planning work schedules and ordering parts to ensure timely completion of repairs
\n
• Estimating repair costs using industry-standard systems (including Audatex)
\n
• Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of repair processes and estimations
\n
• Providing high-quality customer service to foster customer loyalty and referrals
\n
• Ensuring high standards of workplace organisation and administration
\n
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver efficient repair services as a Vehicle Damage Assessor
\n

Requirements of a Vehicle Damage Assessor :\n

\n
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a bodyshop environment
\n
• ATA qualification or equivalent would be advantageous
\n
• ATA current or expired accreditation is acceptable
\n
• Experience with Audatex estimation system is essential
\n
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality awareness
\n
• Strong communication skills
\n
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
\n
• Customer-focused attitude
\n
