Keenan Electrical & Solar is looking for an organised, driven Office & Operations Coordinator to become the backbone of our business.

What you'll be doing

\n
• Calling new enquiries quickly and booking appointments
\n
• Managing customer communication from sale through to installation
\n
• Producing handover packs
\n
• Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
\n
• Scheduling installation teams
\n
• Booking scaffolding and waste collections
\n
• Organising DNO, MCS and certification paperwork
\n
• Booking post-installation customer appointments
\n
• Helping customers with tariff changes and system handovers
\n
• Keeping our CRM and job management systems up to date
\n
• Supporting the sales team and directors with day-to-day operations
\n

Experience

Experience in construction, renewables, electrical, scheduling or office administration would be an advantage, but attitude is far more important. We can teach the systems-we can't teach work ethic.
