We are recruiting for an experienced Conveyancer to join a Property department based in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident fee earner who can manage their own caseload while supervising junior staff and maintaining high compliance standards.

The Role\n

You will handle a full residential caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring all matters are progressed efficiently and clients receive exceptional service. Alongside fee-earning, you will supervise paralegals and assistants, support their development, and ensure all work meets regulatory and firm standards.

This role suits someone organised, proactive and comfortable working within a compliance-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload in line with firm procedures
  • \n
  • Progressing matters efficiently and keeping clients updated on costs and timelines
  • \n
  • Maintaining high standards of client care and professional communication
  • \n
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of all client and firm documentation
  • \n
  • Achieving agreed billing and time recording targets
  • \n
  • Overseeing credit control on your own matters
  • \n
  • Supervising junior fee earners and support staff
  • \n
  • Conducting and completing AML checks, risk assessments and compliance tasks
  • \n
  • Ensuring all matters meet SRA, CQS and internal regulatory requirements
  • \n
  • Completing monthly reviews, file audits and compliance actions
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate records within the case management system
  • \n
  • Supporting business development through articles, online presence and firm promotion
  • \n
About You\n
    \n
  • Experienced Conveyancer with strong residential property knowledge
  • \n
  • Confident in managing your own caseload from start to finish
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of AML, SRA and CQS compliance requirements
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills and client care standards
  • \n
  • Able to supervise, mentor and support junior staff
  • \n
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • \n
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
  • \n
