An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Real Estate Disputes Partner/Solicitor to join a highly respected dispute resolution team based in the Leatherhead area.

You will take ownership of a varied caseload, including:

  • Landlord and tenant disputes
    • \n
  • Acting for businesses, professional practices and private clients
    • \n
  • A mix of residential and commercial property litigation matters
    • \n
\n

You will:

    \n
  • Be a qualified Solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE
    • \n
  • Demonstrate the ability to run matters autonomously
    • \n
  • Have experience managing staff and delegating work effectively
    • \n
  • If you DO NOT have a following of business/clients, the firm will still consider you
    • \n
