The Role

You will take full responsibility for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, delivering a high-quality, client-focused service while contributing to the firm’s continued growth and reputation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Independently managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
\n
• Providing clear, practical and commercially minded legal advice
\n
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating conveyancing documentation
\n
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
\n
• Supporting business development, referrals and networking activity
\n
• Playing an influential role in the strategic development of the firm
\n

This position suits a motivated conveyancer who values autonomy, quality work and the opportunity to shape how a business evolves.

About You

\n
• Qualified Solicitor (Level 6) or equivalent
\n
• Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
\n
• Strong technical ability and excellent case-management skills
\n
• Confident working independently with minimal supervision
\n
• Commercially aware with a client-first mindset
\n
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and committed to long-term growth
\n
