Accounts Payable

Our client is an established international business with a strong presence across multiple sites in the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join their busy finance team.

You will be responsible for:

• Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
\n
• Scheduling and preparing supplier payments
\n
• Reconciling creditor accounts against supplier statements
\n
• Performing daily bank reconciliations
\n
• Resolving payment queries and proactively working to reduce query volumes
\n
• Assisting with year-end audits
\n
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies efficiently and effectively
\n

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or finance support role, with a solid understanding of reconciliations. You will be organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
