Family Paralegal

An established and well-respected private practice law firm in Marlow is looking to recruit a Family Paralegal to join its growing and supportive Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with family law experience or a law graduate looking to develop a long-term career within private practice.

The RoleYou will support senior fee earners on a varied caseload of private family matters, gaining hands-on exposure and responsibility across the full lifecycle of files.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting on family law matters including divorce, financial remedy and private children work
\n
• Drafting correspondence, statements and legal documents
\n
• Preparing and organising court bundles
\n
• Liaising with clients, counsel and the courts
\n
• Diary management and monitoring key deadlines
\n
• Delivering a high standard of client care throughout
\n

The Ideal Candidate

\n
• Previous experience as a Family Paralegal or Legal Assistant
\n
• Good working knowledge of family law and court procedures
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
\n
• Law graduates with relevant family law experience will be considered
\n
